Nicole & Dave at Chileno Valley Ranch

Lucky me, I got to go back to Chileno Valley Ranch this spring!  This is a working farm west of Petaluma; they have about 8 weddings a year.

This time, it was to document the wedding of Nicole and Dave. They had a very laid-back, DIY, happy affair. Lots of great food, fun drinks, horseshoe, and bluegrass music (check out Nicole playing and singing!).

Highlights:

  • Dave sewed his tie and handkerchief.  And the napkins and table clothes.  I kid you not.
  • Their buddy served as officiant and did a marvelous job, even having the crowd do a mad-libs midway through the ceremony!
  • Oysters, a pig roast, and the ladies of Dave’s family made the amazing (ask me how I know) cookies.
