My wish for all you wonderful mothers is your husband/partner takes the kids for a few hours (hence, the above photo) while you do whatever you want! Then they come home right when you are starting to miss them and cover you with nice mamma-love.

I spent the morning with the Longs at Joaquin Miller Park -they are such a lovely family. The baby boy is so mellow and sweet and their little girl is full of life -and really into investigating bugs. So cool.
